Please use these Columns in your CSV file. You may have 6 or more columns depending on if you have Address2, which is optional. Please delete all unused data.*
Please submit your mailing list in your shopping cart using the paper clip icon. You can upload a CSV File.
*Any fields containing more than the maximum number of characters allowed will be truncated on the mailing labels. Please see limits in the chart below:
If you would like to check your data in Excel before submitting to us please follow the below directions:
Company Name Example:
1. Select the Company or Company Name column in the Excel Spreadsheet
2. Go to menu DATA > DATA VALIDATION > enter these parameters… (then click OK)
3. Go to menu DATA > CIRCLE INVALID DATA
4. Red Circles will now be displayed showing all Company fields that are over 50 characters in length and will be truncated on a mail label.
5. Retype the data until it either equals 50 characters or less to meet the data validation parameters. Excel will keep warning you if you are over the character limit and you can keep trying until it passes.
