<p>If you're having trouble uploading your artwork into our design tool it may be due to one of these reasons.</p>
<ol>
<li>Your files need to be exported as PDFX-4 from your design software.&nbsp; No other files are accepted.</li>
<li>Be sure you don't export your PDF's with crop marks. Your PDF's will not fit into the online template correctly.</li>
<li>All of your PDF's need to be single page PDF's.&nbsp; Multi-page PDF's will error.</li>
<li>If your PDF's were exported properly each PDF panel shouldn't be more than 5mb each but the system will take files up to 10mb each.</li>
<li>If you keep the template names as-is your PDF's will automatically map to the proper panel simplifying the upload process.&nbsp; If any PDF's don't map or map incorrectly you can manually map the PDF to the proper panel on the 3D Model and/or PDF proof.</li>
