Complete information regarding the video brochure batteries.

  • What kind are they?
    • Polymer Lithium Ion - Single Battery with less than or equal to 2 cells
  • What is the stand-by time?
    • 4-6 Months
  • What is the Lifespan?
    • Batteries can be recharged 300-400 times.  If batteries are left with no charge it will degrade the amount of charge the battery can hold and reduce the play time.
  • What are the standard size of batteries used?
    • 2.4” Video Screen -3.7V 1.48Wh (400mah).  Battery play time is 1.5hrs
    • 4.3” Video Screen – 3.7V 2.22Wh (600mah).  Battery play time is 1.5hrs
    • 7” Video Screen – 3.7V 4.44Wh (1200mah).  Battery play time is 1.5hrs
    • 10.1” Video Screen – 3.7V 5.55Wh (1500mah).  Battery play time is 1.5hrs
  • Can you ship and/or mail video brochures?
    • Yes, you can do both without any specific labeling if you are sending 2 or less video brochures within the shipment since the batteries are contained within the video brochures and they have less than 4 cells and are under 20Wh.  If you have any further questions please consult with your carrier rep or USPS for specific guidelines.

Please Note:

Video brochure batteries need to be charged as soon as the battery power has been depleted.  The battery will become damaged and not hold a charge if kept empty too long.  Like most electronic products, batteries need to be charged when empty.

We cannot guarantee how much charge a battery can hold after 3 months as this depends on the environment the video brochures are stored in and how long the video brochure was stored with a depleted battery.  We do not warranty and video brochure battery after 3 months from purchase date.
